08 Muffler dimensions???

I have an 08 F-250 with 5.4, and the factory exhaust is 3" single. I cant remember if it has an offset inlet/outlet or not. I thought it did. Cherry bomb makes glasspacks with angled in and outs so I was wondering if anyone knows length from inlet to outlet, height of offset etc..... The only reason i am asking is cause im in afghanistan right now and i am trying to come up with a "low cost" exhaust mod. Thanks in advance!

I used a thrush chambered muff with offset in and offset out and a pre made 18" peice of 3" with a 3" id and cut it to length very easy and cheap the rear hagers have to come off and you will lose the hanger on the muff , that set up sounded ok . the second set up I am useing right now is for a f-150 crew and I had to change the muffler location but sounds good its a doug thorly exhaust kit it was only a 150 on e-bay much more refined sound not raspy like the thrush

in heat, did it help your mileage at all or no. I cant imagine any 3" muffler being that restrictive. I wonder how a straight pipe would sound with a 18" long, 4" tip at the end.......
