03 sort trac mis firing

fuel injectors seem good fuel filter workin right what could it be

HOw old are the plugs and wires? Can you isolate the problem to a specific cylinder?

Injectors rarely go bad. The first thing to check if it is a steady miss is to determine which cyl. it is. I would bet you have bad plug wire or wires. If you have over 100k miles on it, I would replace plugs and wires. Use Autolite Platinum plugs and a premium set of wires.

Not just premium wires, OEM wires. Don't waste your time with the platinum plugs either, these engines need double platinum, Motorcraft or Autolite only, don't waste your time with Denso, NGK, Bosch, or Champion.
