Here is where I got mine: NEW FORD 10.25 TRUETRAC 10.5 POSI PN: 915A550 F250 F350:eBay Motors (item 270466001486 end time Dec-04-09 14:53:12 PST) This is the kit I bought. I priced around and it seemed like the best deal for all that is included with it.

No, I haven't Eddie. I'm sure it may help my launch a bit more. I'm still fighting that low speed miss/surge. I'm going to do some more testing this weekend. I'm getting closer.

Looks like a pretty straight forward install. All I would need is the dial indicator and a little knowledge of the backlash specs and how to adjust to it.

I'm sure you guys could handle doing something like this just fine. It may seem intimidating, but it's really not all that bad of a job with the right tools.
