e4od help needed
i am battling a 94 e40d in an f350 diesel. it has been rebuilt not long ago but company went out of business. it was shifting hard with codes but it was an adjustment of the tps. then it had flaring issues, i adjusted the mlps and it seemed to clear up most of the way. this morning while cruising 70 it came out of OD and kept trying to go back into OD. i switched off OD and slowed down. it started doing it then and felt also like it was going into neutral(not slipping though) possible bad mlps. today i removed the accumulator body and cleaned every piston valve bore and checked the operation. i reused the separator plate gasket btw. test drove it and now it feels like its slipping extremely bad as in no 2nd until it just decides to skip it and go to 3rd. i searched the web and found little. the fluid is still in good shape and no metal shavings or burned smell. no flashing tranny light either.

ok i just went and put another mlps on it to see what it does. i now have reverse lamps but still no 2nd gear. it just stays in 1st until i let off of it, then i believe it goes straight to 3rd.
