I am trying to sell mine myself. I just finished painting the inside. It is looking good. Everyone keep your fingers crossed. i have some one comming to look at it today @ 3:00.

The guy didn't show up. I did talk to him on the phone. He doesn't want to give me what I want. My house apraised @ 153 when I bought it. I have put better than 10k in it. I am only asking 147 for it. I won't give it away.

Hey folks, Karen has had me outside digging up and transplanting Bamboo from a patch we planted 4 years ago, and moving it to make a living fence completely across the front of the property, if it all goes well, in a year or so, we will have a solid wall completely hiding the house from the road and the nosey neighbors!!!
