Evening La. We got in late last nite. I have most of my stuff moved. All thats left can be moved on a pickup next time I go to Memphis. Now I need to get my house ready to sell. Paint inside & out & its ready. I can build a house here after its sold. Tn is a great place but no where is like my home of La. Its great to be home.

The housing market is still flooded with homes. From new ones to foreclosures they are everywhere. My only hope is my location. The schools there are ranked in the top 10 nation wide & I have a affordable size home for a first time buyer. The $8,000 for new home buyers was extended to May 2010. Plus It has a new roof & central air. I'll paint it inside & out before I give it to my Realtor.
