what's really funny is when they go to take off from a light and they start spinning......instead of back off the throttle they think they need to give it more gas or just don't know their spinning and then when their rear end starts pitching sideways they hammer it trying to get out of the spin......
I plan on making some ruts in the field tomorrow if there is any snow left.
I like to see peoples expression sitting next to me while I am spinning the wheels going nowhere. I will turn my head and smile at them like nothing is wrong.
They put some dye in your blood so they can see what goes on with your heart. They open a big vein at the top of your thigh and feed tubing up through the system all the way into the veins around your heart. They have a variety of tools that they can put through the tubing so they can do a variety of repairs. One thing is a little balloon that they position and inflate to force open restricted areas that block blood flow to the heart muscle. They also have "stents" of different sizes that can be inserted for the same purpose. The stents look like a stainless steel version of a chinese finger trap. Elongated the diameter is very small. Compressed endwise, the diameter grows. So they can insert one in a blocked artery, pull the ends in and it opens up the inside for better blood flow. If those things work then they can avoid open heart surgery.
At the VA, they will charge me fifty bucks. If it's done in a civilian hospital it would probably be sixty or seventy thousand. Needless to say, I love govt health care!
