Got me a Chevy
Out of the ditch that is.
Idiot friend tried backing up and missed the driveway a little plus it rained about an inch last night and the area that he was stuck in is basically all red clay dirt. This stuff was so slimy that you could barely stand while walking.
His truck was sliding off the hill without him even being in it. It slid about 3' from the time he called me to the time I got there. It was about a 30' embankment below him.
Eased him out nice and slow. Put some pressure on it before he even got in the vechile. Then after he got in I was pulling him out with his still in park.
I told him he had to pose for the mandatory Ford-pulling-a-Chevy-out-of-the-ditch picture. hehe

He's not quite to close friend status. He's a co-worker and has made me a BUNCH of money. He's the climber I've been using to remove trees. He also will bid and get a large number of jobs which keeps us both going.
I still had to give him a hard time about a Ford pulling his skinny little Chevy butt out of the mud.
