There is a aftermarket Oil cooler out there, uses cool air instead of coolant to cool the oil. That would end the oil in the coolant problem. I do not remember where, But I bet someone else here has a link...............

What EGR delete did you use and how did you ensure that the water (coolant) flowed well (unrestricted) from the oil cooler back to the "return system"?

I made my own delete that I got from one of these sites. How would I tell if I'm getting good flow> I check top radiator hose when thermostat opens and it feels like good flow there.
