help with window
my driver side window wont go up or down i hear the motor trying to move it but it doesnt move. so before i tear my door apart can it be just the clip is broken or did it come off the track any answers help me out please

Well I guess see if you can open the door and stand on the end of the door and put on hand on the outside and one on the inside and have a buddy hit the switch for you and see if with assistance it will go down. If it does, you need a new window motor, if it doesnt youre tearing it apart. I guess either way, youre tearing it apart.

Welcome to FTE. I'd test the power to the motor with a test light,unless you notice that the regulator is broke when you take the door panel off.
If the regulator is ok and there is power to the window motor,the motor has more than likely gone bad.
