I have tried searching for tow mirrows for excursions on here but come up with nothing. I have an 01 Ex and I am looking to upgrade the mirrows to tow mirrows so I can hauk my camper. I would like some with the signals but it is not a must. Who out there has upgraded their mirrows and what year did you go with, heated or not, signals or not. I am looking something that bolts right up or with slight modification. thanks
Any of them will work from the 99- up to the 09.
With the 08/09 you get the option of power fold and extend for the lazies like myself that always fold them so they don't get knocked off. The mirrors will mount after a small nub gets ground off the mounting plate. The plugs are different and you have to wire them in. If you add the other stuff that you don't have stock like signal, heat you will have to wire that up. The power fold/extend will need some switches and wiring to make them work, but is easily doable. In fact I spent more time adding signals to mine than I did getting the power fold wired in.

As already stated, any year will do. Just depends on how much extra wiring you want to do. Try a salvage yard for mirrors. There are plenty of F's and Ex's that have made their way there after 10 model years.
I have a limited so I have the heat and the signals already. I like those switches for the power telescoping, looks cool but probably out of my skiLl range
