towing mirror part numbers
Guys i tried to search it.. but the wife is biuying me the towing mirrows for my truck. I copied the part numbers down but have since lost them There the mirrors that replace the ones that are on the truck now. Thie look like the ones that are on the 250 an 350's. I did remember seeing a pic of someones truck that did the upgrade and they really look good.

I have added a pair to my '06 F-150:
If those are what you are looking for, the part numbers are: 7L3Z17682AE & 7L3Z17683AE I ordered mine from Tasca Auto Group | Your Online Parts Dealer.
These mirrors are Manual telescoping, power glass, heated glass, with integrated turn signals and puddle lamps. If your truck is an 04-06 your power glass will work, but the other features may or may not. 07-08 are fully wired and should be plug and play.
Hope that helps,
T. J.

chops0523,
In order for the heated glass to work for you, you would need to replace you climate control assembly with a unit that has the mirror/rear window defrost button. Your interior fuse box would most likely need to be replaced as well. Ford Fx4 can shed more light on this, as his mirrors are fully functional. The main thing is beings your truck is an '07, it (should be) fully and correctly wired for these mirrors.

I have an 07 with power mirrors, but no turn signals, heat, or puddle lamps in mine. If I bought 7L3Z17682 and 83AE, would these options automatically work? I can see the turn signals and maybe the puddle lamps working, but how would the heat work? How much do they cost? Thanks!
Since you have an 07 you should have all the necessary wires to have the puddle lamps work with out switching any of the pins around.
But since you have no heat you will need a new heater control unit and new fuse block with heated mirror slots.
-7L3Z-17682-AE--------mirror Right (power, signal, heat, puddle lamp)
-7L3Z-17683-AE--------mirror Left (power, signal, heat, puddle lamp)
-6L3Z-19980-CA--------heater control
-6L3Z-14A068-DA-------fuse box w/heated mirrors
I would double check the last two sets of part number as they were looked up by my VIN.

No they do not
Yes, manually by hand
They do stick out some what farther....I cant remember off the top of my head.
When I get a minute I can measure them in the reacted and extended position for you.

I just broke my drivers side mirror and have previously thought about getting these. If they stick out much farther than the regular mirors, I might not be able to use them. My mirrors are a tight fit going through my garage door opening and today I got careless when backing out. They don't like to fold forward. The original mirrors on my '07 FX4 are power glass, heated, auto dimming (driver's side only), turn signals, and manual fold.
