Is your transmission an automatic? If yes then your GCWV is 17000 lbs IIRC. Your truck being a crew-cab it will likely weigh about 7000 lbs alone, which leaves you with 10000 lbs for the trailer. So yes, you should be able to pull that Prowler no problem.

Which 5th wheel hitch you need, well that depends on what you can get in France, but for safety reasons I'd go with something rated at 15000 lbs.

Remember to have a working brake controller and the trailers brakes checked out. You don't want to get pushed through and intersection while trying to stop.

thank you for your answers, that helped me a lot.
I have an airstream land yacht 1973 and I wanted more space that is why I changed.

Do you think i must add a big deep pan +4qt and with my airstream (5200 lbs ) i towing with od do you think i can with fifth wheel on flat road.

Yes you can tow in OD on flat road, the transmission is plenty strong for that. Big pan should not be needed, it's a nice thing to have but not entirely necessary. What is necessary, however, is a big external cooler for the trans, as the E4ODs tend to make lots of heat when the converter is not locked.
