Automatic trans swap

How much trouble to swap a 4R70W trans for a 4R100 trans in a 2002 FX4 with 5.4L 3.55 limited slip rears, true dual exhaust,superchips power programer,K&N air system and 16X10 589 american eagle wheels with 285/75/16 bridgestone tires

The PCM for a 4R70w will not control a 4R100. It'll take a new PCM for the 4R100,along with the complete underhood/trans wiring harness,mounts,etc.
It's not something you'll just "swap out" easily.
