would like to know if a 1993-95 ranger rear diff will fit in my 49 ford convt without cutting

well you did get the right year for this forum,but im thinging you got the wrong body style,this is for ford trucks.regardless if i new anything about the cars i would surely help,but im clueless.

well i'm not gonna dis him or be my usual smart a self . instead i will tell you this . my buddy bud jenkins is using the diff out of the earlier , i believe 83? to early 90's { his is out of an 85 } in his 56 mainline sedan that used to be my grandmothers car , as it is the correct width . i dont know how close this is to a 49's frame , i know a couple of the guy's here have got some sweeet ones so maybe they'll chime in . the later ones were too wide for bud's car .
