Me also. The more electronic controls that they use is more expense for the consumer both in purchase price and cost of ownership. While it may increase profits for the shareholder and company, it decreases profits for the consumer.

this looks like a older thread but..........My truck is having the same problem. Did this fix the problem? I have been chasing this for over a month. I repaced the TPS and reprogrammed the computer (per Ford's suggestion). It didn't work. I have already repaced the pedal module, cleaned the Throttle body. Now my Ford garage wants to replace the EGR valve. From what I have read that won't work either. Any suggestions?
