differences standard and custom models

I'm looking at a 1965 f100 parts truck to donate parts for my m100 restoration project and was wondering what the differences between the two models were trim wise both for the exterior and interior. Thanks again Lefty

Only visual bright metal trim items, pretty much everything else is the same. Things not seen are no different for the most part.

Too add to John's comments; the interior difference mainly noticeable is the speedo, and as mention trim. But I've seen a heck of alot of combination; due to not being left stock, over time and folks like me trying to upgrade etc.

also the bench seat got extra foam in the custom cab, personally I think that alone sold most of them, haha!
