Free 351W?
So my teacher offered me a free 351 windsor carburated (idk year) engine. His dad had it rebuilt about 10 years ago for his ford van, then he was getting rid of the van and put it in his barn for 10 years. He wants it gone so its free....only has couple hundred miles on it. I was wondering, is it worth my time taking it? Think someone will buy it if all else fails?

He said its not in perfect condition, things need to be looked over.

Can't beat the price.. you could have a good motor for whatever it costs you for a few gaskets.

Seriously you need to take it.

If nothing else you can sell it for a few hundred down the line or scrap it. Its probably a perfectly fine motor. If you dont want it I"LL take it

Where are you again? IF I ever get Old Rusty on the road, I'll come pick it up. Yes, he's back OFF the road . AGAIN !! Got to drive him about ½ hour today.
