Ok, that is funny. Even if it was some sort of a plug in hybrid deal, it would likely have a HD 220V or even 3 phase plug. Hardly anyone bothers with a 110V plug for an electric car or plug in hybrid.
Something tells me that who ever asked the question was at the bottom end of a very steep learning curve on the topic. After first getting the grasp, thats all you can think about and next thing you know, you're seeing plug in hybrids everywhere.
Oh, and by the way, I have seen a 1992-ish ford F250 4x4 that was converted to electric online once.
