Any suggestions on where to find replacement 16" rims for my 1969 Ford 4WD? The original rims are rusted and will not hold air, and I am running into dead ends when trying to find replacements.

Welcome to FTE! Try posting this in the 67-72 forum as well to see if those guys can help you.
Are your rims rusted only on the bead surface? If they are, you can have them sandblasted for a small fee and they should reseal. I usually take a wire wheel on a high RPM drill to clean them up.

 

Thanks for the posting suggestion, I will try that. The rims are pretty much rusted all over, but seem to be solid. They are leaking air primarily around the valve stems. I have thought about cleaning the corrosion from the valve stem hole, but am afraid that the stem will not seal due to the corrosion damage. Is there any type of sealant that can be used for a case like this?
