The squealing could also be the distributor shaft binding in the housing. I believe there is a bronze bushing that the shaft spins in inside the alum housing. When I had my '78 351 rebuilt the engine builder told me I needed a different distributor as mine was shot - you could bearly turn it by hand when it was out of the engine. And IIRC, there was a slight whine from the engine last time it ran before being yanked for the rebuild. Just something to look at since you've replaced all the belt driven accessories.

I would take all the belts off and fire it up, if the squeal goes away start putting belts back on one at a time and see when squeal comes back,
I have had altenaters make some funny noises before and if the alt is going bad it could cause all kinds off electrical gremlins
