Remove headlight switch ?

Get the two u-shaped special tools, and remove the radio. After the radio is out, look at the top of the radio opening and there should be two screws. Take them out, and then pull the whole dash panel off.

That's what the service manual shows. But keep an eye out. I hate pulling the interiors apart, it always feels like you are going to break something.
