I think the Raptor Grill is HOT!!! Does anyone know if it can be put on a 2009-10 crew? I think I would have to get the Raptor Grill and Hood But I really like the look! ,
I am not sure how much different the entire front clip is on the Raptor. The best that I can offer is that you get some measurements & take a look at attachment points between a "standard" grill & then go do the same on a Raptor.

Both the front fenders & box are modified...in addition to having the wheel-well flares. It is the combination of the two which pushes it to the point where the Raptor requires the clearance lights.
you would have to get the whole hood unit, I think.
Which might not be that bad...hood looks kinda nice but dunno how it would mate up with the rest of the pickup. It looks almost like the "power dome" is more "shallow" on the Raptor compared to the other models. I am swapping back and forth on the ford website switching between models. It is either more shallow OR the fenders are taller as well as wider. man...makin' it difficult to make a cheater-raptor.
I found two manufactures the produce the grills. They are fiberglass race bodies for baja and off road racing. The first has a full bolt on kits for F-150s and Rangers but do sell the grill seperate, especially if you are not putting it on newer F-150, like my 1996 F-250! The second doesn't have a good picture but it's coming.
1: Ford Raptor Fiberglass for 2004 and newer F-150 the grill is not 100% identical but for $300.

BirdmanStyll - yes the overall raptor stance is 7'' wider then the 09 f-150
True that ... Due to suspension and drivetrain differences.
The distance between the fenders in the engine bay is the same. The latching mechanism is the same. The hood bumpers are the same. *Done there. Measured that.
Only thing I want for my 2011 F-150 5.0L is the stock 6.2L Raptor "twin" pipe exhausts. They had a Raptor parked next to a regular crew cab 150 and everything is the same right down to the plumbing size and where the hangers mount.
I'm waiting to buy a used stock Raptor exhaust from an owner that wants to upgrade theirs.
