Update, got full refund from the ebayer. It was blue and made by napa/echlin. Very deceitful calling it an international cps... They state they have never seen a black one!! They have a picture of it for the item!!!!

I found a guy from east texas on ebay awhile back that has a wrecking yard .He sold me 3 used black oem ones cheap.Can't remember his name but do remember he was in east texas
