Just bought 08 F150 and there was no manual. Any way to get one other than ordering one from dealership? Thanks

You might be able to download one from fleet.ford.com I think.

If you want the factory issued glove box manual and holder for your truck, helminc.com is another good place to get it. Not sure what the dealer is charging but it is $40 on helm's website.
