I need to buy a repair manual and i need to know which one is better. Haynes or Chilton.

haynes has more and real pictures and seems to be more detaild. i have heard people swear by chilton but i recently found out that haynes is better. the book number you are looking for is 36054

Get both. each one leaves stuff out that the other includes.

Yes they do.

Do this

BUY the FORD original shop manual on CDRom from Motorhaven.
BUY a Haynes Manual for the wiring diagrams

Buy the Chilton CDRom from someone who stocks them
