Man this chapter has really grown since I was here last almost two months ago, glad to see all the new folks.
Well I'm only back in Beaumont for the summer and then I'll say goodbye to Texas once again for a couple of years and go see how I like southern california and then hopefully montana.
yeah....it's amazing to me how small a world it really is....everybody I talk to has been to, been through, or knows somebody in San Angelo.....band camp at ASU...ME TOO!!! I went from 7th -12th grade. I also graduated from ASU. good to talk to you.
Really? What years?? I went there from .. 93 to 98 ... (I had to go look on my letter jacket. My mom actually sewed them on there right after I got back the last year) I only met one guy from San Angelo that went to band camp with me and his name was Michael. He was kinda weird. He actually paid the extra to stay on campus when he lived there. I was gonna go to school there but I decided to go to SPC in Levelland instead. (actually my money situation decided for me .. better scholarship money from SPC band.) Several people from my HS went to ASU though for the band program but I haven't heard if they actually graduated this year or not. Feel free to pm me or write me or whatever if you want. I always think it's fun to talk to people that you might have met before.
I think I went from 87-93???? started ASU in the fall of 95 and after a semester off and a redo of a class or two I graduated in August of 2000. It is a good school. I didn't actually play in the band in college...just wanted to see what it was like to be "just a student" again.
