Well, being one of the many without a job right now, I can say I have received NOTHING from this stimulus package, just more tax debt. This damn bailout crap is just pissing the people off, that's it. I actually told one credit card company to call and ask Obama and Bush for their payments, because I DON'T HAVE IT! a**holes at Citigroup got billions in the bailout, and won't let me postpone my payments, reduced them, reduce my 22% interest rate, or anything. F--K 'EM!
Let's see if I've got this right...You accumulated a DEBT(credit card, car payments, etc.), are unemployed, and you're angry because someone won't GIVE you anything? What were you expecting, a stimulus payment so you could pay for those shiny new cars and your credit card bill? You do realize that the government didn't force you to go into debt in the first place, right? While it's true that 22% is wrong, noone forced you to accept this debt. You wanted to play with someone else's money, and now you have to pay. And how can you complain about your added tax debt, if you're not working? Tax on your unemployment checks, perhaps?

On the same token why should the banks have gotten bailed out for their bad choices?
Oh, believe me, I'm not happy at all with the bailouts. Just not real pleased with people who get themselves in over their heads in the first place, and then complain about it.
