Inside tire wear, alignment needed?

I have some wear on the inside of the front tires. Is this just an alignment issue?

Thanks

Yep! If your ball joints are getting loose now would be the time to replace them.

Could just be an alignment issue. Also check your ball joints and wheel bearings. I had a ball joint showing signs of wear, but not enough to scrub the tires. Then I had a wheel bearing go bad and scrubbed the inside of a tire really bad in 1,000 miles. ended up changing both at the same time.
