Bad ICP Sensor?
I have an 05 F-250 PSD...My check engine light is back on again. I recently had some work done on the truck at the local dealership the last time the engine light came on about a month ago. I had a low injector control pressure code last time. I havent scanned it this time yet this time. I also notice alot of blue smoke when I first start the truck in the morning only along with a long crank. Is that normal? Is it because the weather is getting colder? Also noticed a loss in power. Any suggestions before I go back to the dealer and have to pay another $100 co-pay

What did they replace/fix last time?
Remember - under emissions warranty you will not be charged for labor, diagnosis, or parts for any emissions control device or system for 100k (ie no $100 deductible):
Air flow sensor
Air Fuel Feedback control System and sensors
Cold start enrichment system
Electronic engine control sensors and switches
EGR system
Exhaust manifold
Fuel Injection System
Intercooler Assembly - Engine Charger
Power Train Control Module
Turbocharger Assembly
Also covered by the two emissions warranties (Emissions defect warranty and Emissions performance warranty):
All emisssions-related bulbs, hoses, brackets, tubes, gaskets, seals, belts, connectors, non-diesel fuel lines and wiring harnesses that are used with components on the list above.
Remember - under emissions warranty you will not be charged for labor, diagnosis, or parts for any emissions control device or system for 100k (ie no $100 deductible):

they replaced the STC fitting and the unison ring in the turbo along with a few other little things. Also cleaned out the turbo. the unison ring in the turbo was seized to the housing. Last time I was getting low injector control pressure code and underboost code.

Just to give people a heads up. The CAC rubber boots are not covered. Checked with 2 dealers here and they ran the parts numbers and said they are under my 100 buck deductible for the engine, not the emissions.

According to the manual, the turbo is covered at no deductible.
Do you have a warranty manual? You have grounds to recover the $100. You may have to write Ford if the dealership does not want to acknowledge the emissions warranty coverage.

do you think the issues I'm having has anything to do with a bad ICP sensor? Isnt there a way to test? something like unplugging the sensor and seeing if the truck still starts?
