Unhappy Banjo Bolt Problems

Here is where my problem begins. I have replaced my fuel pump twice now. The first time was a learning experience. the second time, found out what I learned from the first time. lost the washers for the banjo bolt. Finally got new ones and after several time of installing, removing, and re-installing, I thought I got it right. Now the fuel leak is back. Removed fuel pump and fuel bowl. Replaced all the fuel lines, again, and am ready to put everything back together. Her comes my question. 2 washers, 1 between the bolt and the "y" fitting, and 1 between the "y" fitting and the fuel pump right? Please help, don't want to have to keep pulling everything back out. Truck is currently apart in the driveway right now and have to work tomorrow.

I usually change out the copper washers whenever I encounter them. JMHO

Check for cracks in that "Y" fitting. Before you tear it apart again, get a very bright flashlight and a high quality mirror and pin point just where the origin of this leak is. It may not be from the washers.
