No cruise or horn. NOT the clock spring though

Can you check to see if you get power out of that switch with either wire for me? Just a test light maybe?

Sorry I didn't get to it right away. We are on the WET coast up here and to boot it gets dark at 4:00 pm and we don't have a carport to be dry under. Raining way to hard last night, and only a drizzle now.
The green/red, I think(can't tell to well) on the end that plugs into the master cylinder side shows 12.67 v. Nothing on the other wire.

I am having cruise control issues like yours, except my horn works fine.
2003 F-250 XLT V10.
I already replaced the clock spring and the master cylinder switch (which was leaking and the fuse was blow. I check the rest of the fuses under the dash and all are ok.
I'll go check the cruise module in a bit.
The strange thing with mine is that if I hold the cruise "on" and "coast" at the same time, the horn honks.
Any other advice?
Thanks,
Steve

Oh, and I checked, I have power at the cruise switch on the master cylinder.
Another strange thing that has happened is that since I replaced the clock spring, the truck battery dies after a few weeks if i don't drive it. And I mean DEAD. I used to be able to leave it for a couple months with no issues. I tried to find a current draw, but didn't see any. It also isn't throwing any codes.

There is also the switch on the break pedal. If it is not working your brakes lights will not work either tho.
As for the cruise module I had mine replaced at the dealer so can't help much there. As I recall someone else ended up unplugging the cruise module only to see corrode wiring and cleaned them and all was well again. Maybe investigate the wiring further.
Plus the fact that you replaced the clock spring and now have a draw that you didn't before that would have me a little worried. What is the right one? Makes me wonder if the clock spring is still causing the issue?
There is also a cruise self test that you could run. I don't remember hoe to get in there, but I'm sure a quick search will come up with the thread.
