I used Crown Sol-U-Strip to get the glue off. Kept the tubes wet with the stuff for about 30 mins, and the glue just wiped off with shop towels. EXCELLENT stuff. I still have some of that stuff if anyone around DFW wants to peel theirs.
Here's what I did with my Powerstroke cover (click on the photo to enlarge) I used oil based Testors model paint. I also left my IC pipes silver.
I read your ccv write up. I wish I kept the pipe I cut to install my mbrp for the small piece on the intake. Any idea what else I could use ? I dont think ill find 4 inch pipe at the depot. Black pvc maybe?Might crack though when I tighten clamps..

I think Clay at Riff Raff may be able to hook you up or another member that has some 4" SS exhaust laying around that you can sponge from them. That's how I got mine.
