Road Cycling

Anyone here also into road cycling?

Just picked up a new Surly Steamroller single-speed.

What do you ride?

My dad used to have a Fuji MK II, 12speed chrome-moly frame with 1/2" sew ups. I rode that a few times, but the area we were in had poorly maintained roads, and it just ate tires. Sitting in the ditch (no shoulder) while trying to air a tire up to 110psi is not fun-
I rode a mountain bike for two or more hours a day for a few years, broke the frame on it twice, bent rims, went through chains like they were made of string. I rode very hard, very difficult trails.

I use to ride a Bianchi PX10 road bike a long time ago, but got too many flats,
so I went to a mountain bike; purchased a '89 Wicked Fat Chance,
and a '97 Klein Pulse Comp ''S'' mountain bike.
