I did a search to see if anyone else has had this problem but didn't see anything ... although I did see some posts about the AC backing up and causing leaks but that's not my issue.
I bought this truck used last year (2005 with ~25K) and it had a clean Carfax report so no wrecks or body work, but whenever it rains, water collects inside one of the panels on the passenger side. Whenever I brake any type of hard, or turn a sharp corner, I can hear the water sloshing around and every so often the water will leak onto the floorboard of the passenger side.
I've already taken it to the stealership to see if they had any ideas, and one of the service guys said "oh, your tubing inside the door that drains the water has just come out" which he stuffed back in the door. But that didn't fix the problem. I'm just lucky he didn't charge me their normal $97 diagnostic fee for that bit of nothing.
The 3 common leaking issues with our trucks are the AC drain, 3rd tail light not sealed and a cableway that leaks. There's a TSB for the cable issue, but I can't seem to remember the TSB number or find it by searching.
