The Superchips 1846 tirepaq calibration tuner will allow for 22.5" to 40" tire ajustmentments. Contact 1-888-227-2447 for info.
If you use the Superchips calibration tool and set it for 40" you will be only about 3 mph off when your speedometer says 70mph (actual speed 73.4mph)

i looked it up its about 175...

one question is..does it have to stay in constantly? can i just find someone that has one of these and have them do it for me?

Superchips tuners are VIN locked when used. For the protection of the vehicle owner the tuner stores the stock information of the tuned vehicle. You plug into the diagnostic port and make the changes you want. Then you store the tuner unit somewhere safe. If you want to change something you can just plug in and make your changes. You can buy a used unit of a model for your vehicle and it will work as long as it has been reset to stock.
