What is "IPR screen"

Part #3C3Z 6C683 AA = IPR Screen was replaces as well as a host of other parts. I am sorting them out now. Can anyone help with this part, any info?

It's the HPOP screen. Was it about 15 bucks or so?

On my receipt that same part # was called an injection screen.

I had an oil leak under the engine bay and here is a list of parts. Took them two days to fish it. As you can see from the list below, with vary little discription.
