I'm in need of a c4 dipstick. I have tried the local parts stores and looked on LMC.com and have come up empty handed. Does anybody know where you can get one?
Thanks
I spend all day pulling parts at local junkyards, if someone here can tell me what other car/truck/year will work, mail me a cardboard tube, put a mailing label and some postage inside, and $3 for the stick, and I'll get one in a yard and mail it to you, PM me for my address.

Uh huh...you think all C4 dipsticks are the same? They are not the same.
Since the OP has a 302 in his 1968 F100, that was not available until 1969, exactly what C4 dipstick does he need?
Since the engine's been swapped what's the C4 from?
I asked him this same question in his other thread on this topic several days ago. He has not responded.
1965/72 F100/250 with a C4, there are FOUR different C4 dipsticks.
1964/72 passenger cars: There are TWENTY FOUR C4 dipsticks.
1973/79 F100/150: There are THREE different C4 dipsticks.
Seems like the simplest solution would be to get a tube as well as a stick. At least then they would match each other. I'm not sure if some mount differently into the trans or ........

31 possible dipsticks? Looks like hes's gonna have to mail me a BIG tube, and a lotta postage. Would the matching tube and stick work? I'll still do it, just need a bigger tube, a lil more postage, and $7 for the tube and stick.
