well, big moment has arrived,,,,
Tasty,darn tasty. kept temp no hotter than 350 on gas, figured charcoal too hard to control, bacon held together great although got a little burnt,no flareups except for one in the beginning , nice-n-juicy overall. I will add more bbq sauce in the middle next time. Recipe calls for drizzle,whatever. Can`t wait till breakfast leftovers. Family loves it (surprising). Wife got home from PTA bingo and had a nice plate, son of course had 3 servings. Definitely do again and I think it would be fun to start at 3:30 am so it would be ready for breakfast vittles
