I'm not sure why you might want a 9 qt oil pan, is this a racing only truck?Unless you live in the very deep south you wouldn't want that much oil for street use. But a deepened pan is the opposite of what you need IMHO. The clearance issue with the stock pan and an IFS (I know I know you asked about the beam axle I'll get to that in a moment) is that the crossmember of any IFS runs right underneath the front of the engine and wants to occupy the same space as the front sump oil pan design of most Ford engines.
Using the beam axle instead of an IFS solves that problem since the beam axle does not use a crossmember over the axle and is dropped in the center, so there is not an oilpan clearance problem. Deepening the sump on the oilpan just puts the clearance problem, now with the axle, back in.
What you really need is a rear sump oilpan (one of the major reasons chevies are such a popular engine choice is because they all have rear sumps) with a relocated oilpump pickup.
Ford has started producing rear sump pans for some of it's popular engines just for the hot rodder. They are available thru the racing and performance parts catalog. I don't know if they make one for your engine or not, but it would be a starting point in your search. If you really must have a deepened pan after that you can see and measure how much clearance you have to work with and have your new rear sump pan deepened to fit.

Two part story I think, most (all) 429/460 transplants into f1 and f100 trucks require a rear sump oil pan, used in some vans or aftermarket made for fox (?) body mustangs with BB.
I would think that the drag racer suppliers, (try summit, Jegs, etc) would make a deep rear sump pan, (Canton and Milodon make 7 qt. with tray), might scrape the pavement in a lowered truck though. Got 8000 hits for “429/460 rear sump deep oil pan” on Google.
Use the Moroso 20625 pan instead, comes with windage screen, crank scraper if you really must have it? What else are you doing to this engine to need the 4 or 5 HP at the top end that a windage screen/tray is going to give you? I's going to take a lot of chassis work to be able to put down the power of a highly modified 429 without it fishtailing like crazy.
