Carb Flood / Stumped
90-E350 / 86-300 motor / Duraspark 2 Dizzy / chev Module.
I have fuel slowly building up on my intake floor, This was a problem when it had the feedback carb, so i bone yarded a carter yf carb out of a 78 van soaked it and rebuilt it, kit and new float, Still a problem, Pulled it a dozen times and tried a bunch of float and metering rod settings, no luck.
So I got a new intake and exhaust manifolds and had Randy at RH Carb / Portland build me an 82/ non feedback. Still an issue. it sat for a month and ran great for a day or so, but then starts missing and boggin off the line, Fuel building up inside the manifold, milage is about 8...
New carb to manifold gasket
New Mech fuel pump
3 times replaced fuel filter
Fuel pressure is at 7lbs
All vacuum lines replaced.
Motor has been rebuilt 30k ago, compression in the high 160's across the board...
At a lost, any help is appreciated.
