hey guys. i have a 1990 f150 351 auto 4x4 with the e4od transmission. was having no problems with the trans till one day it just "stopped" going. i coasted into a parking lot and checked seemed fine. put back in gear and ran fine. then a few days later it began "slipping" and i had to really give it alot of gas to get it moving and shifting. i git home checked codeds got a 11(pass) 33 ( egr) and a 62 (koeo 4/3 or 3/2 pressure switch circuit failed open. and cm convertor clutch error (e4od) do both codes apply to me or just the one that says e4od? i drained and refilled trans and filter but still does it. what about a good trans slip additive? torque converter 4 these babys are pretty high. what do u guys suggest. thanks
would a bad mlps also make the red line in the gear selector( prnd21) move to park slowly when i put in park? also i get shuddering when the truck is shifting. i can brake torque it and give it gas and it will actually bark the tires and i have 35s on it. if torque convertor was bad would it still do this? i hope its the mlps i really dont want to pull trans out. last summer it was shifting really hard from 1-2 and 2-3 like it had a shift kit or something it would shift at higher rpms than it should. i took and cleaned mlps and it shifted fine. now this. thanks guys 4 the help
