I'm gonna order mine tomorrow, where did you drill the hole for the egt sensor ?

driverside exhaust manifold. as close to the last cylnder as possiable

take off the bottom part first. (2 )7mm screws, and it snaps out. the black paart where you will be mounting it has 2 hidden screws. one behind each of the peices of trim. i dont have a pic. after the screws are out, it snaps out too.

look at the pic on page one. the trim between the gauge and ac vent pops out, and there is a screw behind it. same on other side

This is where I drilled and tapped with 1/8th inch NPT

do you need a brace to hold it up, or does it just snap in though the hole, what keeps it from cracking the plastic from vibration and what holds it in place.

it looks like there are little clips that hold it from the back when it snaps in

The gauge is very light in weight (all plastic) the clips will hold it securely if the mounting hole is not oversize. The clip are part of the gauge.

thank you, I have been looking at them for a while, can you boost and egr to work on the gadge by selecting back and forth to change the reading.
