7.5L timing

7.5L timing
I really hate to ask this but where are the timing marks and pointer on a 7.5L? The manual suggests passenger side of engine above crank pulley at about 10 o'clock but I can't see anything there and I can't find any marks on the pulley or damper.
The truck is a '95 7.5 I think it is >8800 GVW with automatic.

The timing marks should be on the damper. Hard to see if its dirty or still has paint on
it, had to take a wire brush to mine. The pointer should be right where the manual said unless it has broken off, very thin piece of metal.
