The Buck Tag on the firewall was used by assembly line workers to make sure they installed the correct parts, usually cannot be decoded.
115 may refer to the wheelbase in inches, B could be the COLOR code for Caribbean Turquoise. What L & 4A refer to, I haven't a clue.
