Let's work through it together, I don't think you'll need a wiring diagram. I have one for my 2001, and while not entirely the same, we should be able to figure out why you have a no-start condition.

Ended up finding it, at first I thought that i fried my ecm, but looked around and started checking voltages and ended up finding that one of the square fuses that have the clear top ended up popping, the break in the fuse was behind the decal "30 amp" so it couldn't be seen until it was pulled and looked at from an angle.
the fuse was for the ignition, even though there are, i think 2 more this is the one that went.
