i have 2001 ranger xlt supercab 4x4. i was wondering the wheel bolt pattern dimensions on this truck. i am considering buying a second set of tires and rims for the truck,and i was wondering what the bolt pattern size is? do the earlier model year ranger or broncoII rims fit the 2001 ranger 4x4? i have hear that jeep rims are the same bolt pattern too,but im not sure if that is true.

 

5 on 4 1/2 any year ranger, bronco II or mustang rims will fit

 

Don't put small diameter wheels on there because of the brakes size. But yes, Some Jeep wheels will fit. I have a 2000 Ranger and I've had several wheel combinations on it and it has been lifted and lowered. And yet I am back to stock now. Let me know if you have any other questions about it.

 

i did notice that the older rangers that are 2wd have 14 inch rims. i would stick with at least a 15 inch rim. i want to have a set of tires mounted on rims ,so its an easy swap from off road tires to street run tires. the new rangers can even have a 16 rim on them from the factory. they still look the same style as my 2001 rims,but they are 16 inch. -thanks for replying.

 

I have a 2000 ranger xlt 4X4. My wheels went on my sons 99 jeep wrangler kinda snug... We had to work at it. But the jeep wheels fit my ranger easily. Must be hub diameter. But 4.5 X 5 is the bolt pattern.
