broken bolt in water pump

...Yeah thats not good , but look at the bright side , i think five is a world record !! Sence you need a new timing cover don't worry about the bolts that broke in the cover , you just need to get the bolts out that screw into the block . Take a good look at the timing chain , its a good time to replace it if theres any slop.... Lew

the ones in the cover came out great its the bolts in the block that are broke. since i set the record does that mean someone will come fix it for me>

Yes, the E-Z out and Heli-coil factory reps have been dispatched to your house, please stand by and watch for them!........................Did the bolts break off down in the block, or can you now remove the timing cover and see enough of the bolts left to get a hold of with a vise-grip?
