long box to shortbox

I just want to toss the idea out, how much time and effort would it be to shorten the frame of a Long box to a short box on a 1990 f150 xlt.

Happen to see the thread here. My truck was a long wheel base 131 inches. I shorten it to a short wheel base actually 5 inches shorter than the short wheel base. Move the spring haners forward bent the frame for the shocks so they wouldn't hit frame, bolted every thing with (educated) bolts grade 8 or better. cut the extra frame off at rear and now I have a 105 inch wheel base truck I install a wooded flat deck stake bed for a box.
