Dont get me wrong thats a lot of money but you cant get into a built jeep or the likes for under 15 or 20. With some fabrication skills and mechanincal knowledge you can build a yota super cheap.

Are you giving the glow plugs enough time to get hot before you try to start it?

Use of ether with a diesel is not good and should only be used as a last resort.

Is it always hard to start, or just when it's cold?

I've heard carb cleaner isnt as hard on them as starting fluid. I've also heard that starting fluid used sparingly is ok. Some of the older John Deere diesel tractors have a spot in the cab to hook up a bottle of starting fluid and give her a squirt without leaving the seat

Thanks.
The rings are for small rope to tie up as a cargo net. Commonly mistaken to be tie down points thats why the center prongs are broken out

When the trucks warm it fires right up with a click of the starter.

We need them small around here

YouTube - Tight corner - Busy Wild at Elbe Hills

You would get laughed at if you tried wheelin our trails in a full size

Although I have been thinkin about how mean of a muddin rig a 460 f350 would be if i felt like building it.

With your rig you could just take out the tree and keep going.
